The All India Backward and Minority Communities Employees Federation, abbreviated as BAMCEF is an Ambedkarite and [[Anti-Brahminism] organization in India.
BAMCEF (All India Backward (SC, ST, OBC) And Minority Communities Employees’ Federation) is a socio-economic organization founded in India in 1978 by Kanshi Ram, a social reformer and politician. The organization works towards the upliftment and empowerment of the backward communities, including the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC), and minority communities, in India.
BAMCEF aims to create a society based on the principles of social justice, equality, and empowerment of the backward communities. The organization’s ideology is based on the concept of “Bahujan Samaj,” which refers to the collective strength of the backward communities in India. BAMCEF believes that the empowerment of the backward communities is essential for the overall development and progress of India.
BAMCEF has various programs and initiatives aimed at promoting education and employment opportunities for the backward communities, fighting against caste-based discrimination, and working towards the political and social empowerment of the marginalized communities. The organization also provides legal and financial assistance to the members of the backward communities who face discrimination and injustice.
